GOLF VIEW ... The Headlands Subdivision is centrally located in the private residential community of Hilton Head Plantation. This choice homesite is along the 7 th fairway of the 250-member private Bear Creek Golf Club and enjoys eastern exposure sunrises. This “Make no tee time, play when you want to” club is one of the nicest golf experiences on the island. The course was designed by Rees Jones and is a wonderful layout.

The Landers put substantial energy in planning their future retirement home. They chose long-time island builder, Jim Buck, to execute the plans. Nothing but the best of materials was used, and the open floor plan was ahead of its time.
