POOL AND TENNIS STEPS AWAY ... Crooked
Pond is a family neighborhood in the heart of the private
residential community of Hilton Head Plantation and conveniently
located near the entrance and all the shopping and dining
that is offered on Main Street . This neighborhood offers
recreational amenities in the form of a community pool and
tennis court located just down the street. A modest annual
fee of $125 supports the Crooked Pond Pool Association and
these recreational amenities. The community has a spacious
land plan and the Whooping Crane Pond Nature Conservancy is
nearby, providing all manner of birdlife.
The
McGrath home, designed by long-time island architects, Hermann-Gordon,
is located on a large corner homesite surrounded by open space.
The grounds have been lovingly manicured with fresh sodded
